Recently, I got a DM from a follower on X, that his long distance girlfriend has suddenly started ignoring him.

She is behaving differently.

Before, she was putting in more effort.

Now, she is not.

The point is it does not matter whether it is a long distance relationship or not.

This has happened to all of us at some point in time.

The point is, what should we as men do in these kinds of situations?

And more importantly, what should we absolutely not do?

Let’s first see what we should NOT do.

That’ll clear what we should do.

Don’t become desperate / angry / frustrated

First, you should not become desperate and ask her desperately about why she changed.

You should also not be angry or frustrated with her.

When you become desperate, angry, frustrated etc. she will move away faster from you.

Remember this, if a girl wants to leave, there is no one in this world that can stop her.

So, let her leave.

Also, remember, the girl in love with you won’t leave you that easily.

Most men have never experienced simping from a girl so they can’t even imagine a scenario where a girl just doesn’t leave his man.

No matter how the man is, she just won’t leave him.

But when the girl leaves, she is gone forever.

No coming back.

Even if she comes back, it will be for a reduced respect for you in her mind.

So, don’t let your emotions get out of control for a girl when she leaves you.

And for the love of God, don’t cry in front of her.

Crying in front of her is the worst thing you can do.

If she is manipulative, she will manipulate you because you are weak and you have shown that by crying.

Manipulation here means:

Getting more favours from you
Getting more money spent from you on her
Taking revenge from someone through you
Anything she wants and then eventually leave you or trap you in misery

And if she is a nice girl, she will be repulsed by you.

She will start ignoring you more.

It does not bring any benefit to cry in front of her.

Now let’s come to the second point.

Don’t chase her

Once she starts ignoring you, don’t chase her.

I know it is hard to control chasing her because that is what is being taught to us from our childhood.

If you want something, you go after it and get it.

This is true.

But when it comes to girls, the opposite is true.

Logic doesn’t work here.

If you aggressively chase her, she will go further away from you.

You go after a girl but not too much.

You show you are attracted, but you don’t show you are desperate.

If she has known you and then you aggressively chase her, she will literally run away from you.

Don’t go around asking her friends, family and relatives what has happened to her.

If she is in the same college / school / tuition / workplace, don’t follow her.

I’d say, don’t even look at her.

Most guys will do the above things to win her back.

And that’s why they lose.

You can’t win her back.

You can win God, even after you have disrespected Him. (never do that)

But you can’t get a woman back once she decides to leave.

Let’s go to the third point.

Don’t be a Kabir Singh

Don’t be sad.

Don’t drown yourself in alcohol, weed, smoking, excessively sleeping and overthinking about her.

Just don’t.

It is not worth it.

It looks good in movies but in reality, you’re just wasting your time.

And, your life is more important than any girl in the world.

Don’t waste it doing useless things.

Now that we have seen what you should not do, let’s see what you can and should do.

Start talking to new girls

The first and the most important thing you should do is, start talking to new girls.

You’re scared to lose her but when you start talking to new girls, you will see your scarcity was only in your mind.

You will soon begin to forget the girl that chose to leave you.

Remember this, when one door closes, another door is waiting to open.

In fact, it is already open.

This is how God works.

If one girl is leaving you, there is another girl dying to be with you.

Go for that one.

Instead of clinging to the girl who left you, go for the girl who might be praying to God for a person like you to meet her.

And, you can only know this by talking to new girls.

Start focusing on your life more

You’re hurt because the girl left you.

Use this as a fuel to start focusing on yourself even more.

Go to the gym.

Start working out more.

If you are studying, study more and ace in whatever the course you are doing.

If you are working, work your ass off.

Work like a horse.

Everyone around you should be surprised to see you work your ass off.

If you work your ass off, you will have less time to be in your thoughts that will drain your energy.

And the benefit of focusing on your life is that you will get ahead in life.

That is all that matters.

Trust me, girls will come and go.

The ones who will want to stay, will stay.

The one who wants to leave, will leave.

But you are with yourself the entire life.

You will love yourself more if you progress in your life and that comes with focusing on yourself more.

And guess what?

When you feel good about yourself, literally love yourself, more and more girls will want to be with you.

Funny how that works.

Start going to a temple

This I am speaking from my personal experience.

When you go to a temple, you are bowing down to the almighty.

God is with you.

In fact, God starts working for you.

I would say, visit a nearby temple which has a God of your choice, every day in the morning.

If you like a particular God more, go and sit with him or her for a few minutes.

It will change your life in a way you can’t even imagine.

I can say one thing.

I have been pulled out of hell by God.

If I have been pulled out of hell by God, you can be as well.

And you will be literally put into heavens.

For a man, suffering happens to help him.

To help him ascend even higher.

Remember all this, the next time a girl suddenly ignores you, blocks you, or is not clearly communicating with you.

Also, if it is not a HELL YES, it is always a No.
